Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant/PowerPoint Specialist, your mission will be to create dynamic PowerPoint presentations for Dr. Beverly Kaye's national speaking engagements (up to 8 each month!). Over time, your role will grow to the point that you will manage all of the details related to these presentations, including making travel arrangements, coordinating event materials (i.e. AV needs and handouts), and other similar duties. Your day to day duties will also include phone and email support for Dr. Kaye.

Our Requirements
  • Expert-level PowerPoint skills, including the ability to animate slides, create tables and charts and slide transitions.
  • Solid professional experience (2+ years) preferably in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent time management, detail management and organizational abilities.
Preferred, but not required:
  • Experience booking/managing travel arrangements for an executive.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Graphic design experience/skills.
